For processes that require a clean dry part we can design a process line to include vibratory finishing, rinsing, rust inhibiting, and drying ( organic corn cob or hot air using continuous belt or batch type spin dryers). Our process lab will sample process your parts at no cost and provide a professional detailed process report with your finished parts. Turnaround time for testing is 2-3 days. Automated Continuous Vibratory Bowl
Automated, Continuous Thru-Feed Finishing Machine in a compact round bowl design. Adjustable for delicate to aggressive deburr or burnish processes. Flexible for batch processing when parts require a longer cycle time. Internal separation of parts and media. Variable frequency drive from 800 to 1400 VPM.
Thru-feed machines are integrated with material handling systems including an oscillating parts-media separator with a secondary "fines" removal deck and a media return conveyor for a complete automatic processing of high production parts.Cycle times from 3 to 20 minutes. The system is designed for ceramic or steel finishing media.
