Cleans the toughest drums in less than 2 minutes. Dual 10 HP blast wheels provide the coverage necessary to quickly and efficiently clean each drum. Standard model cleans up to 55 gallon drum size. The blast cabinet is designed with replaceable manganese liners in the areas of direct shot impingement. The drums roll on large 2" manganese roller shafts for even reconditioning. Includes 0-60 minute cycle timer and 5 HP Dust Collector (600-800 CFM) with double-lined fire resistant bag teams with the very large air intake for cooler operation and efficient dust collection.
55 Gallon Drum Flow Thru Blaster
Cleans up to 759 drums (closed ends) per shift. Unit includes a stacker at the entrance and a pneumatic drum positioner on the exit end to stand drums up in the vertical position for unloading.
Drum Lid Blaster
Designed to blast clean the surface of 55 gallon steel drum lids using steel shot or grit abrasive. The production rate will vary (140-160 per hour) depending on the condition of the lids. The standard blast cabinet is constructed from 3/8" manganese steel in areas of direct shot impact. Entrance and exit vestibules are 3' long with rubber-lined curtains to contain the shot. The entire system is approximately 12 feet long x 6 feet wide x 7 feet tall.
